Most of us experience low mood, anxiety or difficulty coping with life’s stress at some point. Often this will naturally pass, but sometimes things are too difficult to face alone and effective therapy can help support you through those challenging times. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is an evidenced based treatment recommended by NICE guidelines for the treatment of mild to moderate mental health problems including anxiety and depression. This approach to therapy allows people to understand why they feel the way they do, to identify unhelpful patterns they may be stuck in and to develop tools and skills to be able to move forward in life and overcome their current difficulties.

I am BABCP accredited, with many years of training and experience in mental health, specialising in providing therapy for this client group. I am also registered with AXA PPP Healthcare, BUPA, Aviva and Moving Minds and can provide therapy to clients who have AXA , BUPA, Aviva or Moving Minds health insurance.
